Job Description:
- Lead Sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and manage the pipeline.
- Negotiate with oil majors and collaborate across teams to identify opportunities.
- Provide regular updates, forecasts, and performance reports to management.
- Align team objectives with company priorities in Digitalization, Internalization, and Sustainability.
Qualifications / Experience
At least 3 - 5 years of managerial experience in Business or Market Development
Experience and knowledge in oil & gas/lubricants industry is an added advantage
Hungry and sales numbers driven
Strong people management skills
Able to handle stress and meet deadlines
