Responsibilities
- HR Operations for Singapore and the region
- Assist with Employee Lifecycle ManagementManage end-to-end processes for, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
Ensure timely completion of employee documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- HR Administration. Oversee day-to-day HR operational tasks such as managing employee benefits and leave management.
- Payroll Coordination & AdministrationManage accurate and timeline processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions
Collaborate with payroll agency to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Primary point of contact between the company and the payroll agency ensuring seamless communication and efficient payroll management
Requirements
- 2 - 3 Years of relevant experience within a complex environment
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, and other HR technology platforms.
- Experience with Workday and/or Timesoft will be an advantage
- Familiarity with HR regulations and employment laws.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
