- Full Time / Permanent Position.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory.
- Order new supplies and equipment when necessary.
- Develop budget with the finance department.
- Find vendors and suppliers that suit company’s budget.
- Attend Toolbox meetings and take minutes of meetings.
- Address employees’ sick leave and vacation requests.
- Create progress reports for company executives.
- Process timesheets from employees.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at site.
- Troubleshoot problems at site and provide solutions to resolve them.
- Answer inquiries from clients and handle clients’ complaints, should they arise.
- Salary Range: $2800 - $3200 (Based On Experience)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience in the Construction industry.
- Computer Literate – Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Possess excellent organizational, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, effective time management and multitasking skills.
- Able to lead the team.
- Able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to start work immediately.
