Job Descriptions

  • Full Time / Permanent Position.
  • Maintain detailed records of inventory.
  • Order new supplies and equipment when necessary.
  • Develop budget with the finance department.
  • Find vendors and suppliers that suit company’s budget.
  • Attend Toolbox meetings and take minutes of meetings.
  • Address employees’ sick leave and vacation requests.
  • Create progress reports for company executives.
  • Process timesheets from employees.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at site.
  • Troubleshoot problems at site and provide solutions to resolve them.
  • Answer inquiries from clients and handle clients’ complaints, should they arise.
  • Salary Range: $2800 - $3200 (Based On Experience)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience in the Construction industry.
  • Computer Literate – Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Possess excellent organizational, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, effective time management and multitasking skills.
  • Able to lead the team.
  • Able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to start work immediately.
