Singapore is their APAC headquarter and they are looking for a motivated and independent HR Business Partner to work closely with the regional Centre of Excellences based in Singapore to support its local operations.
about the job
Reporting into the Head of HR based in Singapore, you will:
- Manage HR processes with managers including performance management, succession planning, salary and talent review, employee relations
- Drive HR initiatives to improve employee experience and retention
- Work with the internal recruiter to drive talent acquisition efforts and build a steady talent pipeline for the region
- Point of contact to local employees and management for all HR matters
- Develop and implement HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
- Support other HR initiatives and projects as assigned
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ of HR experience, with business partnering experience
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- Resourceful and independent
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Proactive, communicative and self-motivated
- Collaborative and a team player
