Job Description:
This is a full time role for a Finance Manager located in Senoko Drive. Our client is creating a new and sustainable way of supplying fresh fruit and vegetables to Singapore and you'll be responsible for supports the Head of Finance in managing the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. Key responsibilities include financial planning and analysis to optimize costs and improve efficiency, overseeing accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves monitoring cash flow, preparing financial statements, and offering insights to guide business decisions. The Finance Manager collaborates with senior management on strategic planning, evaluates financial risks, and drives process improvements. Additionally, the role includes leading the finance team, ensuring tax compliance, maintaining internal controls, and managing relationships with auditors and financial stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with 5 years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry or a similar sector is a plus.
