Legal Counsel – Digital Bank, 3-5PQE
A growing team in Singapore is seeking a technology lawyer to join their ranks. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the business and finance teams, offering legal support on regulatory, commercial, contentious, and various in-house matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate practice at a leading law firm or in-house experience, ideally within the tech industry. Strong drafting skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- You should possess a valid work visa for Singapore and, ideally, be qualified to practice law in Singapore.
- Prior experience working with a top law firm in Singapore is preferred. Additionally, you should demonstrate a positive attitude towards learning and a strong interest in the digital banking and fintech sectors.
