Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization
- Prepares regularly scheduled reports by collecting and analysing information accurately
- Prepare documents for clients as assigned
- Submission of forms and documents for consultants and clients
- Handle clients’ and any sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Procuring gifts for business purposes, such as client appreciation, employee recognition or promotional events
- Preparation of gifts for delivery to clients and employees
- Provide support for manager and director through tasks as assigned
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience within administration
- Independent and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
