Job Description:
- Execute the project successfully using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop construction plans focusing on quality, safety, and environmental standards, and identify risks with mitigation plans.
- Create a master schedule, quality and safety plans, manage budgets, and understand project contract terms and conditions.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Manage site schedules, staff, and coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to meet customer expectations.
- Oversee construction schedules, quality, and safety to reduce costs while complying with codes and client requirements.
- Implement approved installation methods and explore new, efficient methods to lower costs.
- Foster efficient communication on-site, improve staff skills, and handle issues proactively to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Min. 5 years of technical hands-on working experiences. - Knowledgeable in ISO 9000 / OSHAS 180000.
- Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course.
