- Position Title: Sea Freight Export Officer/ Export Sea freight Shipping Officer
- Working Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Rotational Saturdays after confirmation, all Saturdays are WFH) (Mon to Fri: 8:30am - 5.30pm) (Sat: 8.30am – 12.00pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2800 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and receive bookings and shipping instructions from customers and overseas agents.
- Arrange bookings with carriers and co-loaders, ensuring alignment with vessel schedules to meet customer and agent requirements.
- Manage the approval of dangerous goods and related applications with carriers and co-loaders as needed.
- Input new shipments into the CW1 system, and manage documentation such as job sheets.
- Collaborate with various service providers to organize pickup, crating, container stuffing, trucking, and fumigation services.
- Ensure the timely collection of Proof of Delivery (POD) or updates on delivery status from destinations, and communicate this information to customers.
- Electronically document POD and update delivery dates in CW1 for all door-to-door shipments.
- Assist the Permit team by providing necessary documents and information for permit declarations.
- Confirm receipt and accuracy of approved permits with customers and carriers/co-loaders via email.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers and generate Debit Notes for overseas agents.
- Perform data entry tasks and generate reports as required by customers.
- Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

- Knowledgeable on shipping documents, customs clearance, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills.
