RESPONSIBILITIES
The Finance Manager will oversee the Accounts Department at Peacehaven, managing the full spectrum of financial matters for all units. This role involves driving financial efficiency, ensuring compliance with funding agreements, and delivering insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.
* Financial Operations & Policy Development:
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations and processes.
- Develop, implement, and improve financial policies and procedures.
* Funding & Grants Management:
- Manage funding and grant agreements, including monitoring updates and expirations.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of government funding claims.
* Financial Reporting & Budgeting:
- Prepare and submit monthly financial and management reports.
- Consolidate and prepare the annual budget for all units in Peacehaven.
* Financial Analysis & Recommendations:
- Perform financial analysis and identify trends for improvement.
- Assess areas of risk and provide actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance.
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant managerial experience.
- Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with funding and grant management is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Working Hours
44 hours per week (normal office hours):
8.00am to 5.15pm (Monday - Friday, 45 minutes lunch break inclusive)
or
8.30am to 5.45pm (Monday Friday, 45 minutes lunch break inclusive)
