This role involves driving digital media and performance marketing initiatives while optimising digital experiences, leveraging expertise in SEM, programmatic, CRO, and analytics, and ensuring alignment with IT policies on privacy and cybersecurity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise ongoing digital marketing campaigns (paid and organic) to generate leads and drive business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using digital analytics tools, identifying insights for continuous improvement.
- Lead SEO/ASO, CRO, and personalisation efforts to enhance digital experiences and improve lead generation across digital properties.
- Work with CRM, IT, and lead management teams to enhance marketing automation and optimise lead nurturing journeys.
- Evaluate and implement martech tools to improve media buying, content strategy, and digital platform performance.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising tools (e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Proficiency in lead generation campaigns and performance marketing systems.
- Experience with web analytics, advertising technologies, and CMS/Marketing Automation/CRM tools.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with a focus on web and app platforms.
- A degree in a relevant field.
