7.45am to 5.15pm (Mon to Fri)
8am to 11am (Alt Sat)
- Greet customers and handle calls professionally.
- Collect and update customer and vehicle details.
- Log calls, schedule appointments, and assign work efficiently.
- Verify warranty, provide advice, and assist with promotions.
- Arrange pickups, deliveries, and monitor service levels.
- Generate reports and explain work done during vehicle handover.
- Required to do frequent OT till 7pm
- OT payable after official working hours
- Required to deal with high volume of enquiries from car owners
