Job Scope:
Housekeeping
- Perform general housekeeping activities in the pharmacy
Inventory Management
- Receive and check that goods delivered are in good condition.
- Responsible in the Pharmacy stock inventory to ensure optimal stock level
- Top up of inventory according to expiry dates
- Record and dispose expired and deteriorated drugs
- Pre-packing of received goods and ensure that they are kept under appropriate storage conditions
- Assist in cycle count and stock-take preparations
General
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Pharmacy Retail Associate
Job Scope:
1. Operational
· Ensure that the store is opened punctually and computer systems are user-ready
· Monitor the queue and actively respond to reduce the waiting time of patients
· Ensure that the float is ready and prepared on time
· Actively promote weekly specials and practice plus-selling
· Operating cash register and handling of cash in the pharmacy
· Ensure good housekeeping at retail trading, storage areas and at retail shop floor
· Maintain store security (e.g. stocks, premise and stored information) at all times
· Maintain proper records and maintenance of the equipment used in the pharmacy
· Monitor stock levels and replenish stocks in the pharmacy
· Maintain condition of stock to ensure all stocks are under appropriate conditions and in good saleable condition
· Perform goods receipts and handle inter-branch transfers and error reports
· Assist in cycle counts and stock takes
2. Administration
· Maintain proper daily sales records
· Perform data entries into inventory system – SAP
· Assist in compiling information and filing of retail documents in a neat and organized manner.
· Assist to generate monthly reports for analysis/checks
3. Staff Training and Development
· Assist to coach and orientate new staff on retail workflows and pharmacy activities
· Assist to conduct briefing for promoters
4. General
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
· Involve in work place improvement projects/ activities as and when required
Qualifications:
- Minimally GCE N or O level qualification
- tech-savvy is preferred
- Relevant experience would be preferred
