Job Scope
- Provide legal support to Trading businesses, including contract preparation, review, and advice.
- Negotiate and resolve disputes related to Trading and other business areas.
- Ensure compliance with laws and internal regulations, staying updated on legal changes and advising Management on their impact.
Requirements
- LLB degree from a recognized university with at least 2 years of legal experience.
- Litigation and knowledge of trade or shipping law are advantageous.
- Strong skills in drafting, negotiation, and communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
