Location: CBD, Corporate banking
Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Process customer transaction such as deposit, withdrawal, transfer and foreign exchange
- Provide operational support such as inward/outward remittance transactions
- Ensure all instructions submitted by internal stakeholders are accurately processed and released within the currency cut-off times.
- Manage the GIRO crediting and debiting
- Conduct timely client callbacks
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with at least 1 – 2 years’ experience in bank operation roles
- Good communication and people skills
- Able to adapt to changing priorities, workload, and operational requirements in a fast-paced environment
