Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a new employee to join their team as Sales Assistant Manager.
The primary responsibilities include：
Sales Activities:
- Foster relationships and conduct sales activities with major semiconductor manufacturers in the Singapore and Malaysia regions.
Information Gathering and Reporting:
- Gather relevant information and prepare comprehensive reports to support informed decision-making.
Order Management and Inventory Control:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of order management and exercise control over inventory to ensure optimal levels.
Budget Preparation and Management:
- Play a pivotal role in the preparation and effective management of budgets to support organizational goals.
Outsourced Warehouse Management:
- Ensuring the smooth operation and oversight of warehousing facilities by a outsourced company.
Job Requirements:
- Sales experience
- Experience in semiconductor industry is preferred
- Flexible, proactive, high sense of responsibility, team player
- Good interpersonal skill and willing to learn
- Japanese proficiency is a plus to liaise with Japanese speaking clients
- Comfortable to travel overseas when required (About once every quarter to Malaysia)
