Admin Assistant

Location: Farrer Park
Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 8:00am – 5:30pm; Sat: 8:00am – 1:00pm (Alternate)
Work Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to $ 2,500 per month

What you will be working on?

  • Assist in accounts receivable, pruchase order and sales documents preparation
  • Assist sales department for any invoices or orders paperwork
  • Liaise with customer on any products purchasing
  • Work closely with other team members
  • Other adhoc duties

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum O-Level
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
