Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage infrastructure systems (e.g., Active Directory, Data Centre, telephony, backup, etc.) and network devices (e.g., Firewall, routers, VPN, wireless, etc.)
- Ensure automatic backups, recovery plans, and patches are in place while monitoring system usage
- Work with vendors to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Update technical documentation such as user and admin guides
- Provide technical support to local and overseas branches over LAN/WAN securely
- Source products, solutions, and vendors for projects
- Provide L1/L2 support and participate in projects as a team lead or member
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Certification in CCNA
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Proficient in enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization and support
- Skilled in administering Microsoft Server 2012 and later, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services
- Familiar with internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, and Firewall
- Familiar with devices like Alcatel PABX, FortiGate Devices, Cosco, and Unifi Wireless AP Controller
- Strong knowledge of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity; familiarity with PDPA is a plus
- Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is an advantage
- Experience in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin for liaising with overseas counterparts
