The High Net Worth Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), providing them with personalized financial services, investment advice, and wealth management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for and cross-sell a variety of banking products and services, including but not limited to loans, deposits, wealth management, bonds, equities, and foreign exchange (FX).
- Conduct regular reviews of clients' portfolios, providing updates, performance analysis, and recommendations for adjustments based on market conditions and clients' changing needs.
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), understanding their financial goals, aspirations, and personal circumstances.
- Develop and implement tailored financial strategies that align with clients' objectives, ensuring a holistic approach to wealth management.
- Ensure a seamless and superior client experience by offering exceptional service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as investment advisors, legal experts, and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
- Stay informed on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide timely and relevant advice to clients.
- Cultivate a strong network of referrals and leverage industry contacts to bring in new HNW clients and expand the portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to the bank's growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards when offering financial advice or services.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Relationship Manager within Priority/Privilege/Premier Banking.
- Personal Bankers with a proven sales track record or Financial Advisors qualified for MDRT are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated sales expertise and ability to work with high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
- Knowledge of wealth management products like FX, bonds, and structured notes.
