- Manage employee administration and recruitment for Southeast Asia offices.
- Handle employee inquiries on HR policies and issues.
- Process applications, renewals, and cancellations for passes.
- Prepare payroll for Singapore and Malaysia with accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee the payroll process, including updates, payslips, CPF submissions, IR8A filings, and leave tracking.
- Update and maintain employee records, including career and salary changes.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Coordinate employee benefits like housing, car rentals, and relocations.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and termination notices.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks like IT setup and exit interviews.
- Monitor probation periods and issue confirmations.
- Manage insurance enrollment and termination for staff.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2–3 years in HR roles.
- Knowledge: Strong in HR administration, labor laws, and basic finance.
