- Oversee inventory data and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Performing system adjustment for all transfer, litigations, and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with custom broker for customs declarations commodity inspections and to resolve shipment issues.
- Responsible for all export operations pertaining to export documentation and dealing with forwarders and suppliers.
- Coordinate with transporter to ensure deliveries are executed on schedule.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams and logistic partners for on time deliveries to customers.
- Invoice checking of all logistic related billing such as Freight, transportation and warehousing.
- Validate operational expenses submitted by 3PL and for all logistic matters.
- Coordinate with labs for lab testing of new products.
