about the job
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the efficient operations and maintenance of the retail mall.
- Coordinate operational programs and implement maintenance activities to ensure the mall functions at peak performance.
- Prepare the annual budget, oversee and administer all maintenance contracts, and manage expenses related to the mall's operational needs.
- Support the execution of Asset Enhancement Initiatives, tenant renovation projects, and operational needs for mall promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the Contract & Procurement team to manage and execute specific or ad-hoc procurement, cyclical replacements, and enhancement projects for the mall.
- Address all feedback and service requests promptly and efficiently.
- Lead technicians and manage vendor services to ensure adherence to professional standards in daily operations.
- Participate as a member of the Company Emergency Response Team (e.g., Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc.).
skills and experience required
- Diploma in Building/Facilities Management
