Responsibilties
- Write detailed specifications in-line with the list of requirements provided by business lines
- Liaise with business counterparts for clarification and understanding of requirements
- Analyze functional impacts and take into account technical constraints advised by technical lead
- Collaborate and work closely with the developers to implement change or evolutions
- Organize PSS workshops with developers, tech leads and architects for issues
- Define tests strategy, test plan and test cases in coordination with project manager and business
- Conduct continuous testing in development environment to validate development changes
- Provide level 2/ 3 support on production issues
- Carry out analysis and investigations by verifying data on the database or GUI
- Analyze and solve functional problems in coordination with developers
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst working on requirements gathering, solution planning, testing and documentations
- Proven experience in testing (writing, executing and monitoring test) particularly in managing of end-to-end testing for application releases
- Good knowledge of all phases of IT software development life cycle
- Experienced with working in an agile team, or certified with agile CSM / PSM or PMP
- Relevant degree in computer major or engineering major
- Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira and Azure TFS
- Advanced knowledge and practical usage of SQL, troubleshooting and optimizing stored procedures/functions
- Knowledge in CI/CD platforms such as Github, GitLab or AzureDevOps
- Exposure to API development is strongly desired, including writing test cases for API and execute with testing tools such as Swagger or Postman
- Knowledge and understanding of programming language such as Java, C#, C++ and PowerShell is helpful
- Experienced with Spark, MSBI and Control-M for ETL projects
