Responsibilities
- Explore and secure sources for lithium-ion battery scraps through direct outreach, referrals, and industry partnerships.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing suppliers and vendors to ensure long-term collaboration and continuity.
- Conduct industry research and participate in networking events to identify new supply sources and expand the company's network.
- Collaborate with the factory team to address supplier needs, provide recycling support, and relay valuable feedback for operational improvements.
- Stay informed about market trends and industry developments, ensuring the company's offerings remain competitive and aligned with customer needs.
- Identify opportunities by understanding customer pain points and presenting tailored solutions to address them effectively.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related commercial role in lithium ion battery or recycling industry, with a results-driven and goal-oriented approach.
- ·Strong networking abilities and able to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in tackling challenges independently with minimal supervision.
