Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and leveraging existing client relationships.
- Maintain and expand an existing client database.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and closure.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Consistently generate new business opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Effectively communicate and negotiate with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets in the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills to address client needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain processes is an advantage.
