- Assist in implementing new technologies to improve team operations.
- Support manpower and asset planning across various business functions and accounts.
- Help evaluate risks related to different process change approaches.
- Review the costs and benefits of current warehouse operations.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of operational policies, standards, and procedures.
- Participate in project activities and collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance, Facility, IT, and Operations).
- Support the creation of supply chain solutions for clients under supervision.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of innovative logistics solutions.
- Assist in process automation and technology improvements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures in operations.
- Help monitor key milestones in technology projects.
- Assist in tracking activities to meet stakeholder needs.
- Provide insights for workflow analysis and process improvements.
- Identify areas for improvement in supply chain processes.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of business process improvements.
- Stay updated on logistics technology trends and assess their potential applications.
- Support the renewal of company certifications and licenses, including the ISO audit program.
- Provide assistance to the Malaysia office for project implementation when needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain.
- Experience in new project planning.
- Strong knowledge of the Supply Chain industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel (VBA), PowerPoint, Project Plan, Visio, and PowerBI).
