Job Scope
- To ensure all Singapore office business opportunities, and those engaged in support of other company offices are maximised both in terms of winning new works and ensuring a healthy potential profit margin is retained within the sales, whilst remaining competitive.
- To manage the client’s expectations, whilst maximising the potential return on all projects and jobs undertaken by the Singapore office.
- Ensuring the identification of new potential opportunities for Projects Logistics and General Freight Forwarding business, through understanding the Singapore offices potential client base and their respective future logistics activities.
- To provide informative & complete sales call report after each sales visit as per KPI.
- Marketing company global capabilities, resources and facilities in support of client’s potential requirement.
- Conducting customer satisfaction survey.
- Request For Information (RFI) & Request for Quotation (RFQ).
- Retain full control of the tender response and bid process up until contract award.
- Conduct Project wash-up meetings with the Operations / Projects teams to assist them to identify the successes and failures of Projects, the lessons learned and making recommendations for change to ensure future improvements.
Requirement
- Diploma in Business Administration / Logistics Managementor equivalent
- 3 – 5 years of working experience in International Logistics Industry
- Experience in Multi-modal transport environment in contract management is a plus
