Responsibilities:
Property Management:
- Supervise every facet of property operations, such as upkeep, safety measures, landscaping, and overall tidiness.
- Coordinate with service providers and contractors to guarantee prompt maintenance and servicing of the property and its amenities.
- Oversee property expense budgeting, focusing on cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards.
- Arrange and track inventory for furnishings, appliances, and other assets associated with the property.
Event Management:
- Organize, manage, and carry out seminars, workshops, and branding initiatives hosted at the assigned location.
- Create event ideas and financial plans that support the organization's branding goals and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to manage catering, equipment, décor, and overall event logistics.
- Manage guest interactions, including VIPs, to deliver a high-quality event experience.
General Administration
- Oversee the events calendar and ensure prompt communication with all relevant parties.
- Compile comprehensive property and event reports for review by senior management.
- Manage additional tasks associated with property and event coordination as needed.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in hotels, exhibitions, events, or seminar management.
- Efficiently handle and prioritize various responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
