- Oversee always-on digital campaigns (paid & organic) for lead generation, working with strategic marketing, brand teams, and agencies to execute and optimize campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying insights to improve lead generation and digital consumer experiences.
- Support the development of standard operating procedures for managing digital platforms.
- Manage dashboards and reporting
- Oversee monthly SEO/ASO and CRO activities with the webmaster, enhancing efforts in collaboration with content and customer experience teams.
- Partner with CRM teams to develop lead nurture journeys and optimize lead management, marketing automation, and system integrations.
- Implement Ad/Mar Tech tools to enhance media buying, content strategies, and overall optimization.
- Serve as a backup for CMS management when needed.
