Pillar Head, Semiconductor, Business Development (ARTC)

The Head of the Semiconductor Pillar will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the semiconductor equipment manufacturing sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, an ability to build relationships, and a deep understanding of the semiconductor market in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis - Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the semiconductor equipment sector.
  • Lead Generation - Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and convert them into new members for the ARTC consortium.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to understand their needs and drive business growth.
  • Sales Strategy - Work with the Semiconductor Pillar team to create and execute effective sales strategies that align with ARTC?s goals.
  • Proposal Development - Prepare and present compelling business proposals, including technical specifications and pricing models, to customers.
  • Negotiation - Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms for ARTC while meeting customer expectations.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with the R&D and Project Management departments to ensure alignment on product/service offerings and customer feedback.
  • Performance Tracking - Monitor Tech-Biz performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management to assess progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Job requirements:

-Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or business administration with focus on technology management.

-5+ years in sales, marketing or business development, within the semicon industry.

-Proven track record in driving sales and business growth.
