Responsibilities

  • Handle premium notice and renewal; ensure the client's premium is paid and the policy renewed.
  • Follow up on the claim with the insurer, hospital, and clinic.
  • Client Servicing - Birthday Listing of Client.
  • Do Insurance and Investment Submission-Related Paperwork
  • Prepare Investment and Insurance Documents for Client Review
  • Prepare Investment and Insurance Documents for Client Reviewe insurer portal
  • Take calls and assist clients with queries by checking with the superior or account manager of the insurer.
  • Update Monthly Expenses
  • Mail Documents
  • Assist with ad-hoc task by superior

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any relevant fields
  • Proficient in MS Office
