  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts, ensuring all areas function smoothly.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, bussers, and kitchen staff.
  • Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding expectations.
  • Build rapport with guests, create a positive dining experience, and handle any complaints professionally.
  • Ensure food and beverage quality meets restaurant standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to hygiene regulations.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Ability to identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment
  • Able to work split shift, weekends and public holidays
  • Overall, a restaurant supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. They lead and manage staff, provide excellent customer service, maintain quality standards, and ensure a safe and positive dining experience for guests.
