Job Summary:
- We are looking for a diligent and persuasive Merchandiser to oversee the placement, replenishment, and promotion of female sanitary products across key retail locations.
- You will play a critical role in ensuring product visibility, availability, and consumer engagement in stores.
- 5 Days, Monday to Friday
- Up to $3000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Monitoring: Regularly check inventory levels of female sanitary products to ensure they meet consumer demand.
- Replenishment: Restock shelves promptly and ensure displays are clean, organized, and appealing to shoppers.
- Retail Relationships: Engage with store managers to highlight the importance of maintaining stock levels and secure additional orders for high-demand products.
- Travel Requirements: Visit retail locations such as Watsons, supermarkets, and petrol kiosks to execute merchandising activities effectively.
- Market Trends: Observe customer buying patterns and provide feedback on popular products or potential stock adjustments.
Requirements:
- Experience in merchandising or retail, preferably in FMCG or personal care categories.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with store managers.
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with female hygiene products and customer preferences is an advantage.
- Comfortable traveling between multiple retail locations.
