Basic Salary: $7-8k
Working Days & Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am-6pm
Location: Jurong West
This role focuses on ensuring Quality & Safe Care Delivery in a nursing home setting, aligning with the standards set by the Singapore Nursing Board and Enhanced Nursing Home Standards (ENHS).
Key responsibilities include managing care plans, overseeing documentation, and facilitating the implementation of policies and procedures. The position also involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for residents, addressing feedback, and managing complex clinical cases.
Staff Management responsibilities include overseeing a team of healthcare professionals (RNs, ENs, NAs, CCAs, and HAs), ensuring adequate staffing for various shifts, and promoting a positive work environment.
For Staff Development, you will be responsible for scheduling training, ensuring staff competencies, and maintaining records of training and certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Advanced Diploma in Nursing is an advantage.
- Valid practising certificate issued by the SNB
- Valid BCLS certification
- Preferably with 2+ years experience in a similar position within a nursing home / geriatric ward
