We’re looking for a Call Centre Executive to help provide exceptional customer service to patients and the public in a healthcare setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage appointment calls and general inquiries with high service quality.
  • Provide one-stop information and assistance to callers.
  • Handle patient feedback and resolve service-related issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth Call Centre operations.
  • Perform administrative duties like tracking staff leave and conducting performance audits.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline (Healthcare experience is a plus!).
  • At least 2 years of experience, ideally in a healthcare or call centre environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work alternate Saturdays.
