We’re looking for a Call Centre Executive to help provide exceptional customer service to patients and the public in a healthcare setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage appointment calls and general inquiries with high service quality.
- Provide one-stop information and assistance to callers.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve service-related issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth Call Centre operations.
- Perform administrative duties like tracking staff leave and conducting performance audits.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline (Healthcare experience is a plus!).
- At least 2 years of experience, ideally in a healthcare or call centre environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work alternate Saturdays.
