We are looking for a Research Fellow to take the role as tech lead. The role will focus on investigating proton exchange membrane eater electrolyze and the related catalysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative research methodologies, frameworks, or prototypes relevant to the project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on project design, data collection, analysis, and dissemination of findings to ensure impactful outcomes.
- Mentoring graduate and undergraduate students, providing guidance on research techniques, career development, and publication strategies.
- Assist in grant writing by preparing proposals, compiling data, and drafting budgets to secure research funding.
- Maintenance of lab or equipment or supplies including procurement, inventory management, and effective communication with suppliers to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist or Produce high-quality reports and documents that consolidate research findings, ensuring clarity, precision, and alignment with publication standards.
Job Requirements:
- PhD in Materials, Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering or any relevant science and engineering disciplines
- At least 4 years of relevant experiences in similar role / technical hands-on experience in specific scope
- Experience in materials synthesis/characterizations, gas-phase catalysis and/or theoretical calculations
- A strong track record of research ability and demonstrated contribution to research
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated independent scientist and a team player
