- This individual will design, code, test, debug and document moderately complex programs and applications.
- Responsible for the design, development, documentation of ETL processes throughout all phases of the project life cycle.
- Programming Language - UNIX Shell Scripting, SQL and PL/SQL
- Min 10+ years of experience is required
- Ensuring the security of the data warehouse and compliance with data governance standards
- Expertise in data modelling - Teradata model (FSLDM) & Database management -RDBMS : Teradata, Oracle 23
- Experience in using ETL tools : Informatica (Power Centre (9.1/8.1/7.1)
- Expertise in reporting tools Cognos 8.1, Business Objects and Scheduling Tool Tivoli 9.1
- Possess great attention to detail while also being flexible to adapt to a dynamic environment and changing priorities.
- Experience in Big data & Hadoop : HDFS, Hive, Sqoop
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude
- Lead the team members for Data Verification with users
- Good to have : TOAD, MS Access, Putty, BMC Remedy,Redwood Cronacle,etc
