Job Responsibilities
- To perform in-process inspection for CNC plastics, CNC metallic and elastomers products as required in a timely manner and completing inspection records.
- To perform final inspection for CNC plastics, CNC metallic and elastomers products as required in a timely manner and completing inspection reports in M3.
- To perform outgoing inspection for CNC plastics, CNC metallic and elastomers products as required in a timely manner and completing inspection reports based on customer's requirement.
- To perform outgoing inspection for traded products as required in a timely manner and completing inspection reports based on customer's requirement.
- Support engineering for first article (FA) inspection of CNC plastics, CNC metallic and elastomers products and inspection reports creation and submission.
- Support engineering for inspection with regard to day to day quality defects troubleshooting.
- Raise internal deviation report (IDR) for daily inspection fallout and follow up with engineering's disposition to close out the actions required in the IDR.
Requirements:
- Carry out quality inspection using various inspection like CMM, height gage, profile projector, micrometer etc, with minimum supervision.
- CMM hands on experience required
