Job Info:
- Salary Range $7000 - $9000
- Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 6.00PM
- Office Location: Woodlands Heights
- Open to traveling
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial and operational performance of business in Singapore and Overseas.
- Prepare and oversee the annual budget in collaboration with senior management.
- Lead projects from tender to opening, ensuring successful lease transactions.
- Guide teams in identifying business opportunities, managing sites, and preparing proposals.
- Review site ROIs and report on performance, sales, and budget to senior management.
- Maintain service quality and implement cost control systems.
- Address operational issues, ensuring effective coordination across functions.
- Manage store labor and vendor relationships efficiently.
- Promote training culture and ensure legislative compliance.
- Ensure management succession and represent the company in community efforts.
