Responsibilities:
- Operate ophthalmic equipment (e.g., Femtosecond lasers, Excimer lasers, topography) for LASIK-related tests in operating theatres and diagnostic rooms.
- Maintain optimal operating theatre conditions and ensure all machines and equipment function smoothly.
- Prepare LASIK case notes at least one day before surgery and arrange routine maintenance for equipment.
- Perform front counter duties such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection, financial counseling, and handling inquiries via phone or email.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Clinic Manager or Doctor.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in healthcare, biomedical science, or a related field.
- Specialized training or certification in operating ophthalmic equipment is an advantage.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and positive working attitude
