Job Details:
- Contract : 6 months (non-renewable) , assist with SAP project implementation/data migration/harmonization
- Salary : UP to $4,000
- Location: Senoko
Job Duties:-
Review/assist with SAP project data migration from old system to new system as follow:
- Account receivables - customer set up
- Account payables - supplier set up
- Costing
- COPA analysis
- Fixed/lease asset
- Internal order set up for new system
- Business partner setting
- Follow up with outstanding item that need to set up in the new SAP system with respective finance head from various country
- Setup/attending meeting on new interface with SAP system
- Assist with consultant queries
- Manage timeline for SAP project
- Assist with user acceptance testing
- Assist with China team queries
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
- At least a Degree in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications
- At least 3 years working experience in related field
- Experience with account receivables and credit control
- Experience with GST and withholding tax filing/matter
- Experience with agreement drafting
- Experienced in ERP environment for SAP and system implementation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint, and Access
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Possess positive working attitude, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
