A. Casual Leasing:
- Support retail planning and tenant mix review.
- Handle casual leasing enquiries and secure suitable tenants.
- Assist in negotiating lease terms and managing documents.
- Monitor sales, footfall, and tenant performance.
- Maintain tenancy and sales records.
B. General Marcom Duties:
- Plan and execute A&P campaigns.
- Work with partners to boost footfall and sales.
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors for events.
- Review promotions and track budgets.
- Manage enquiries and handle Marcom admin tasks.
- Act as Duty Manager when required.
