Location: Senoko Dr (Sembawang area)
Salary: $2000-$3800
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9-6pm
Responsibilities:
Develop aquaculture products following the Product Innovation Process (PIP).
Work with academic researchers, customers, and internal teams to enhance research outcomes.
Publish articles in company's database and internal publications.
Participate in trials, analyze data, and support sales and technical teams.
Collaborate on projects with company's research teams globally.
Create experimental protocols, analytical methods, and SOPs for aquaculture.
Perform routine tests (e.g., chemical, biochemical, microbiological) and deliver reports on time.
Troubleshoot experimental and lab equipment issues independently.
Assist sales and technical teams with trials, training, and product promotion.
Prepare R&D updates, source documents, and review papers promptly.
Coordinate with regulatory, quality, and production teams for product development and registration.
Conduct literature reviews and identify suitable research approaches.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment like HPLC and GC-MS.
Manage inventory, samples, waste disposal, and housekeeping tasks.
Keep detailed and accurate records of all research activities.
Safeguard sensitive information like formulations and trade secrets.
Adhere to scientific integrity, good lab practices, and company health and safety policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, preferably someone with specialization in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology
- Preferably someone with minimum 1 year of laboratory research experience
