Our client is one of the local leading player in sports industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Head of Facilities Management to join their Facilities Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.
Responsibilities of Head of Facilities Management:
- Oversee and manage facilities operations to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Lead outsourced facility services and contractors.
- Ensure seamless operation of M&E systems and building infrastructure.
- Address and resolve any defects or maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with business units to enhance space usage and facility design at the precinct.
- Ensure contract compliance, reporting, and administrative systems are in place.
- Maintain a strong Work, Health, and Safety program.
- Prepare presentations and reports for the Board on infrastructure and facility matters.
- Identify and implement efficient solutions, while managing the KASM Sustainability Framework.
- Assist in preparing the annual Infra & Facility Opex and Capex budgets, ensuring effective financial oversight and budget controls for the Facilities Department.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Technology
- Min 15 years of facilities management experience
- PMP certification is a bonus
- Experience and exposure in sports facilities management
