Marine Logistics Coordinator

• Location: Penjuru
• Working days: Monday – Friday
• Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Salary: $2800 - $3200

Responsibilities

• Handle order processing for Marine Lubricants customers.
• Liaising with vessel agents / project manager / ship candler / master for delivery arrangement.
• Serve as point of contact between customer and internal departments
• Handle barges supply planning and assign delivery schedule daily to the barge crew.
• Conscientious of barge movement to ensure smooth delivery arrangement
• Handle miscellaneous barge related matters
• Rotation to manage duty phone for urgent matters after office hours
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP
• Training Provided
• Immediate starters or short notice availability will be an advantage
