Our client is a global manufacturer. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Executive to be part of their HR team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North Area - easily accessible.
Responsibility of HR Executive:
- Assess organizational training needs and enhance the competency framework with training programs and evaluations.
- Manage training systems, budgets, audits, funding claims, and internship programs.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and prepare recruitment reports.
- Lead employee engagement activities, town halls, and organizational communications.
- Support plant-wide communication initiatives.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Human Resources/ Business or any related field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Recruitment and L&D
- Experience in manufacturing industry is a bonus
