Job Title: Drafter (ID8376)
Location: Toa Payoh, Singapore
Working Hour:Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm, Sat, 9am to 2pm
Salary: $2500 - $4000
-Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts for SMRT projects, including wiring diagrams, electrical panel layouts, and system integration plans.
-Interpret technical specifications and engineering designs to create accurate and precise drawings.
-Update existing electrical drawings based on design changes or project modifications, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
-Ensure that all electrical drawings meet SMRT and regulatory standards, including compliance with the Singapore Building Code, Electrical Wiring Code, and relevant SMRT guidelines.
-Collaborate with electrical engineers, designers, and project managers to clarify drawing requirements and resolve design issues.
-Assist in the preparation of tender and construction documents by producing the necessary electrical layouts and diagrams.
-Perform revisions to drawings as needed based on feedback from engineers or project stakeholders.
-Maintain an organized database of all project drawings, ensuring version control and proper documentation for future reference.
-Participate in project meetings to discuss drawing requirements, updates, and any technical issues related to electrical designs.
-Ensure timely delivery of drawings to meet project schedules and deadlines.
-Conduct site visits (if required) to verify existing conditions and ensure drawings reflect the actual site conditions.
-Support in the coordination between different teams (e.g., mechanical, civil) to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs with other systems.
Requirement:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting electrical designs
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
-Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, and SEO/SEM tools.
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
