Job Description:
The Indoor Sales Assistant will work in an office environment to support the sales team, assisting with order management, customer follow-ups, and potential client sourcing. We are looking for a responsible and meticulous team member with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle existing customer orders and follow up on shipments.
- Conduct follow-ups with current customers to understand product usage and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
Tender Support:
- Regularly check tender websites for relevant projects and filter those that align with company business goals.
- Assist in preparing documentation and organizing participation in tender activities.
Potential Client Sourcing:
- Gather contact information for potential clients and provide the outdoor sales team with details of 10 high-potential clients each month.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills, familiar with office software (e.g., Excel, Word).
