Job Description:

The Indoor Sales Assistant will work in an office environment to support the sales team, assisting with order management, customer follow-ups, and potential client sourcing. We are looking for a responsible and meticulous team member with strong communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Handle existing customer orders and follow up on shipments.
  • Conduct follow-ups with current customers to understand product usage and identify opportunities for further collaboration.

Tender Support:

  • Regularly check tender websites for relevant projects and filter those that align with company business goals.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and organizing participation in tender activities.

Potential Client Sourcing:

  • Gather contact information for potential clients and provide the outdoor sales team with details of 10 high-potential clients each month.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills, familiar with office software (e.g., Excel, Word).
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service
