- Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
- Location: Hougang
Responsibilities
- Manage both accounting tasks and general office administrative duties.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
- Perform bookkeeping and maintain organized filing systems.
- Prepare and manage quotations and invoices.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers and suppliers.
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with accounting tasks: AP, AR, GL.
- Experienced in preparing quotations & invoices.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
