Job Description:
- Drive cost efficiencies through ingenious portfolio and inventory management.
- Maintain and improve on Print Top Parts effectiveness.
- Drive Supply Chain team to meet/ optimise delivery Turn Around Time. Collaborate with them on ad-hoc TAT & customer experience improvement initiatives such as Hybrid Model, Lead time PBI development, etc
- Collaborate with market leads, supply chain planner & Buyer on optimal PHA stock level.
- Bulk & multipack creation - be Proof of Concept for RPB bulk/multipack creation. Processes includes parts’ creation & follow through until parts are activated with relevant troubleshooting and abnormalities’ investigation. Communicate ad-hoc bulk/multipack list to marketing team to update partners and on quarterly basis to SSC/ Finance to adjust NMCA rate in system.
- Check material status & orderability.
- Last-Time Buy & Binding forecast process - check past demand and collaborate with market lead to provide relevant forecast.
- Inventory reduction - monthly inventory report & orders report to track inventory reduction.
- Assist in other duties as assigned by the supervisor
